Steak with balsamic syrup
Italian steak with balsamic syrup, rocket, romagna and Grana Padano with Tuscan potato wedges.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes in 8 min. Until golden brown and done.

In the meantime, heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan.

Cut the steak into pieces and sprinkle the meat with pepper and salt. Bake in 4-5 min. Rosé (medium a little longer), turn halfway.

Cut the steak into slices and place on the plates. Cut the red onion into half rings and halve the tomatoes. Add the arugula, tomatoes and onion.

Drip the balsamic syrup over it. Grate the cheese on top and sprinkle with pepper. Serve with the potato wedges.
