Directions

  1. Make beforehand: Cut the papaya in quarter lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  2. Cut the papaya from the skin and cut the flesh into cubes.
  3. Transfer them to a dish.
  4. Halve the limes and put them in a bowl.
  5. Grate the ginger and finely chop the red pepper.
  6. Transfer them to dishes.
  7. At the table: Melt a knob of butter in the gourmet pan and put the steak in it.
  8. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and fry the steak in 2 - 3 minutes brown.
  9. Divide 1 tablespoon of papaya with grated ginger and red pepper around it.
  10. Squeeze out lime juice.
  11. Fry everything for 1-2 minutes until the papaya is soft.
