Steak with papaya

Make beforehand: Cut the papaya in quarter lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.

Cut the papaya from the skin and cut the flesh into cubes.

Transfer them to a dish.

Halve the limes and put them in a bowl.

Grate the ginger and finely chop the red pepper.

Transfer them to dishes.

At the table: Melt a knob of butter in the gourmet pan and put the steak in it.

Sprinkle some salt and pepper and fry the steak in 2 - 3 minutes brown.

Divide 1 tablespoon of papaya with grated ginger and red pepper around it.

Squeeze out lime juice.

Fry everything for 1-2 minutes until the papaya is soft.
