Stew with bacon and mushrooms
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, bacon, olive oil, onions (in half rings), oyster mushrooms (in strips), chestnut mushrooms ((250 g), sliced), garlic (pressed), cashew nuts (minced meat), kale (pack a 450 g, frozen) and mashed potatoes (with butter (450 g)).

Remove the layer of fat from the bacon and cut the bacon into strips.

Fry crispy in a dry frying pan with non-stick coating.

Fry the onion in the oil.

Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes on a high heat.

Add the garlic and scoop the bacon and cashew nuts into the mushroom mixture.

Season to taste with pepper and salt.

In the meantime, heat the kale in 10 min.

Drain in a colander.

Heat the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the package in the microwave.

Stir the kale through the mashed potatoes, season with salt and pepper.

Spread the kale over four plates and put the mushroom mixture on it..
