Stew with pointed cabbage, fried salami and tomato


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes, salt, ready-to-eat cabbage, onion, salami (piece), tomatoes, fresh chives (25 g), olive oil, milk and (freshly ground) pepper.

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes, cut into pieces and wash.
  2. Cook in pan with little water and salt potatoes and pointed cabbage for about 20 minutes.
  3. Peel and chop onions.
  4. Cut Salami into cubes.
  5. Grate tomatoes, remove seeds and cut flesh into cubes.
  6. Chives above finely cut.
  7. Heat oil in frying pan and gently fry onion and salami cubes for about 3 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, drain potatoes and pointed cabbage in colander.
  9. Heat milk gently in potatoes.
  10. Add potatoes and pointed cabbage and mash to pure mash.
  11. Mix Salami with a bit of shortening through stew.
  12. Season the tomatoes, chives and salt and pepper to taste..
