Stir-fry noodles with broccoli, mango and quibbling

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Place the kibbeling on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  3. Meanwhile, halve the broccoli florets and cut the onion in half rings. Pick the leaves from the coriander and cut roughly.
  4. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into long strips.
  5. Clean the snow peas and cook with the broccoli for 3 minutes in plenty of water. Take a skimmer out of the pan.
  6. Boil the noodles for 5 minutes in the cooking water of the vegetables. Drain and drain well.
  7. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the broccoli, snow peas, noodles and mango and warm for 1 more minute.
  8. Remove the pan from the heat and pour in the soya ginger sesame dressing. Season with pepper and salt.
  9. Serve with the quibbling and garnish with the coriander.
