Toast the oatmeal in a dry frying pan, stirring until golden brown. Leave to cool on a plate.

Cut the melon fruit flesh out of the peel. Cut the flesh into cubes or make bread roll out. Remove the crowns from the strawberries and cut the pineapple cubes if necessary.

Divide the melon, strawberries and pineapple over dishes and pour the vanilla in the middle. Sprinkle the oatmeal over it.
