Strawberry sorbet with wine
A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: red wine (rioja, 75 dl), sugar, cinnamon stick, cloves, orange, strawberries and fresh mint.

Pour wine into a pan and add sugar, cinnamon stick and cloves. Season with orange peels and peel thin from peel. Peel into pan with wine. Bring to the boil all the time and reduce the wine mixture to half in about 20 minutes on medium heat. Take the pan of fire and let the wine mixture cool down. Meanwhile, remove crowns of strawberries and purée 600 g of strawberries with the help of a food processor or a bar mixer. Mix wine mixture seven and strawberry puree with cooled wine mixture. Put the mixture in a plastic freezer box and put it in freezer. Let it freeze in approx. 5 hours and shake well every hour.

Remove crêpes from the rest of strawberries and cut strawberries into wedges. Divide parts into four sections. Remove sorbet ice cream with ice cream scoop from the box and distribute bread over strawberries in slices. Garnish with leaves of fresh mint.
