Sucker with passion fruit cream
A nice South African recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: puff pastry (frozen), egg (medium), sugar, flour, lime, coconut milk (can of 400 ml Nutco), ground coconut (bag of 125 g AH), whipped cream (125 ml), passion fruit and butter or margarine to grease.

Preheat the oven to 175 ºC or gas oven 3. Defrost the puff pastry on the worktop in approx. 10 minutes. Grease the molds and cover with dough, press down well. Cut away excess dough along edges. Poke holes in the bottom with fork. Place the molds in the oven and bake the dough for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, beat egg with 2 tablespoons of sugar into cream-colored mixture. Flower above it and create it. Lime well-clean and grate half of the skin off the egg mixture. Mix coconut milk with egg mixture and create coconut. Filling cake molds with coconut mixture and baking in the middle of oven in about 20 minutes until lightly browned and done. Cool the tarts in the oven. Beat the whipped cream with the rest of the sugar.

Tarts from molds and put on plates. Cut passion fruit halfway. Place 1 half passion fruit on each plate. Remove remaining flesh from passion fruit and create whipped cream. Whip cream alongside tarts and passion fruit on plates.
