Sushi burger
Salmon sushi in the form of a hamburger sandwich, with sushi rice, salmon fillet, ginger root, avocado, sushi ginger, wasabi, nori and black sesame seed.

Cook the sushi rice according to the instructions on the package. Stir in the rice vinegar for sushi and leave to cool for 2 hours.

Cut the salmon fillet as small as possible. Peel and grate the ginger root and mix with the sesame oil and the soy sauce with the salmon.

Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into rings.

Turn the rice with moist hands per person 2 balls. Make half of the balls the bottom halves of the 'rolls'.

Brush with the wasabi.

Make the top halves of the 'rolls' of the other balls, which have a bit of bread roll at the top.

Sprinkle with the sesame seed.

Cover the bottom half of the rice rolls with a piece of nori, an avocado jam and the sliced salmon.

Divide the sushi ginger over it and cover with the top half of the rice roll.
