Swedish bread rolls
A delicious scandinavian recipe. The breakfast contains the following ingredients: fish, eggs (hard-boiled and peeled), fresh dill (finely chopped), mustard, anchovy fillets (finely chopped), soft butter and white-cheese bread (without crust).
Puree the eggs, dill, mustard, anchovies and half of the butter with the hand blender.
Season with (freshly ground) pepper.
Divide the mixture over 4 slices of bread and place the other slices on top.
Spread each sandwich on both sides with the rest of the butter.
Cut each sandwich into 3 bars.
Fry the bread strips in a frying pan in 1-2 min.
Per side until golden brown..
