Swedish bread rolls


A delicious scandinavian recipe. The breakfast contains the following ingredients: fish, eggs (hard-boiled and peeled), fresh dill (finely chopped), mustard, anchovy fillets (finely chopped), soft butter and white-cheese bread (without crust).

Directions

  1. Puree the eggs, dill, mustard, anchovies and half of the butter with the hand blender.
  2. Season with (freshly ground) pepper.
  3. Divide the mixture over 4 slices of bread and place the other slices on top.
  4. Spread each sandwich on both sides with the rest of the butter.
  5. Cut each sandwich into 3 bars.
  6. Fry the bread strips in a frying pan in 1-2 min.
  7. Per side until golden brown..
