Tacos with goat's cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: oil, ratatouille-vegetable mix (400 g), soft tacos (dinnerkit, 362 g), black olives without seeds, Dutch goat cheese (piece), iceberg lettuce and Greek yogurt (150 ml).

Heat oil in frying pan.

Ratatouille mix for approx.

3 minutes.

Add seasoning mix (out of box) and 1.5 dl of water and cook gently for approx.

10 minutes.

Add olives.
-
Cook tortillas (out of box) according to instructions.

Ground cheese grating.

Clean and cut into strips.

Add tortilla's to the table with lettuce, vegetable mixture, cheese, yogurt and taco sauce (out of box) and fold up..
