Tagliatelle with Shrimps
Tagliatelle pasta with shrimps, tomatoes, basil and white wine.
Make sure the shrimps are thawed. Peel the shrimps and remove the intestinal tract. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Slice the garlic. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the prawns and garlic for 4 min.
Add the wine and evaporate in half for 2 minutes.
Add tomato paste and pepper and salt to taste. Mix pasta with shrimps, tomatoes and basil leaves.
Cut the lemon into quarters and serve.
