Cook the pasta with oil and salt according to the instructions on the packaging. Clean the leeks, cut into thin rings and wash.

Cut the basil into strips. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash the tomatoes and cut into parts. Mix the tomatoes with dressing.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan. Fry the garlic and fruit gently for about 2 minutes.

Add the tagliatelle, basil and crayfish and heat well for about 1 min. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with tomato salad.
