Tagliatelle with mushrooms
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tagliatelle, garlic, bread, mushrooms melange (a 200 g), oil, onions (chopped), crème fraîche, olive oil, lemon juice and lettuce (washed and in pieces).

Boil the tagliatelle in plenty of boiling water with salt in 10 minutes al dente.

Cut 1 clove of garlic in half and rub the bread with it.

Roast the bread under a hot grill or in the toaster until golden brown.

Rub the mushrooms with a soft brush, cut into coarse pieces; leave the small mushrooms whole.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan or frying pan, finely chop 1 clove of garlic and fry it with the onion in the hot oil until it looks glassy and turns light brown.

Fry the mushrooms over high heat for 3-5 minutes, keep on shoving.

Add crème fraîche and stir it through, season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the sauce through the pasta.

Cut the toasted bread into cubes.

Beat a dressing of the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix it with the lettuce.

Sprinkle the garlic croutons over it, serve with the mushroom pasta..
