Directions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, halve the courgettes in the length. Remove the seeds with a spoon and cut the flesh into slanted slices of ½ cm.
  3. Clean the lemon and grate the yellow skin.
  4. Slice the garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the zucchini and stir-fry 3 min.
  5. Drain the tuna. Cut the dill finely. Add the lemon zest, the whipped cream, tuna and dill.
  6. Season with salt and pepper and heat for another 2 minutes. Serve the pasta with the sauce.
