Tartar with garlic chives
Tartare with capers, chives, mustard and tabasco.

Cut the garlic chives over a bowl. Mix the capers and half of the chives by the tartar.

Season with gravy, celery salt and tabasco. Form discs of the tartar.

Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the tarttails in 7-8 min. Brown and done. Turn halfway. Take the tartar out of frying pan.

Stir the cakes with 2-3 tbsp water (or sherry). Stir in the remaining garlic chives and mustard through the gravy. Serve the tartar with gravy.
