Tarttails with fresh chive sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, oyster mushrooms (150 g), fresh parsley (a 30 g), broccoli, beef tarts, butter or margarine, mashed potatoes à la minute (box of 3 bags, 171 g) and chive sauce (280 ml) .

Clean oyster mushrooms and cut into strips.

Parsley finely chop.

Clean broccoli, divide into florets and cut into pieces.

Cook broccoli in approx.
-
8 minutes.

Sprinkle the tartar with salt and pepper.

Heat butter in frying pan and brown tart tarts in approx.

6 minutes.

Bring 500 ml of water to the boil.

Take the pan of fire and sprinkle pure powder in water while stirring.

Remove tart tarts from the pan and keep warm.

Bake oyster mushrooms for about 3 minutes in shortening oyster mushrooms.

Heat the sauce according to the instructions.

Parsley stirring through puree.

Place tartarettes on four plates.

Spread oyster mushrooms, sauce, broccoli and puree over plates..
