Thai chicken soup with prawns
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, sereh (lemongrass), red pepper, ginger (in slices), chicken fillet (in pieces), sugar snaps (cleaned), carrots (in slanted slices), spring onions (in coarse pieces), cocktail shrimp fresh coriander ((a 15 g), coarsely chopped), rice, chicken broth (from tablet) and soy sauce.

Cook the rice.

Cut off the hard bottom and the end of the lemongrass stalk.

Crush the stalk with the flat side of a large knife and cut it into pieces.

Halve the red pepper, remove the seeds and cut the pepper into strips.

Bring the broth to the boil.

Add the lemongrass, red pepper, ginger and chicken.

Let the broth gently draw for 10 minutes.

Add the sugarsnaps and the carrots and cook them until tender in 3-4 minutes.

Add the spring onions and the shrimps and warm them up.

Season with soy sauce.

Divide the rice over wide soup bowls and scoop up the hot soup.

Sprinkle the coriander over it..
