A nice thai recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: white rice, eggs, onion, sunflower oil, broken green beans (a 300 g), tamarind paste (pot a 225 g), coconut milk (400 ml) and vegetable stock tablet.

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.
  2. Cook eggs in a saucepan for 7 minutes and rinse under cold water.
  3. Peel and chop onions.
  4. In casserole oil with onion heat for 2 min.
  5. French beans for 2 min.
  6. Add tamarind, coconut milk and bouillon tablet to beans and bring to the boil.
  7. Fry beans for 6 minutes.
  8. Peel and halve eggs.
  9. Heat eggs in the last minute.
  10. Serving bean dish with rice.
  11. Delicious with sambal..
