A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pandan rice, minced beef, sambal manis, sunflower oil, lime, basil (15 g), Thai stir-fry mix (bag of 400 g) and mix for nasi (48 g).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Rinse with cold water and let drain well. Mix the mince with the sambal and add pepper and salt. Turn 20 small balls of the minced meat. Heat the 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Fry the meatballs in 8 min. Around cooked and brown.
  2. Halve the lime and cut 1 half into parts. Remove the basil leaves and cut the stalks into pieces.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok. Stir fry the vegetables with the basil stalks for 3 min. Stir in 150 ml of water and the contents of the packet of meal mix and heat for 1 min. Add the rice and stir-fry 2 min. Squeeze the half lime over the rice and stir in half of the basil leaves through it. Spoon the nasi herbs into 4 deep plates. Serve the meatballs next to it and put the basil and lime wedges on it.
