Thai noodle stir fry with an egg
Vegetarian Thai stir-fry with whole-grain noodles, eggs, ginger, wok vegetable, green curry.

Boil the eggs for 5 minutes in boiling water. Scare under cold running water and peel.

Peel and grate the ginger in the meantime. Cut the salad onion into small slanted rings.

Heat the oil in a wok stir fry the Thai wok vegetables together with the ginger, half the salad onion and the curry powder 8 min.

Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and drain well.

Mix the noodles with the wok vegetable. Sprinkle with the rest of the salad onion and serve with the egg on it.
