Thai patties
A nice thai recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: winter carrot (grated), white cabbage (grated), lime (cleaned), hot curry powder (jar 38 g), voice ginger ((pot 450 g), chopped), soy sauce, filo pastry ((package 10 sheets, frozen), thawed), bean sprouts (125 g), coriander ((15 g), leaves coarsely cut), salted peanuts ((bag 350 g), coarsely chopped), egg (beaten) and sesame seed (box 100 g) ).

Ingredients
- 250 g winter carrot grated
- 150 g white coal grated
- 1 lime cleaned up
- 2 tl hot curry powder jar 38 g
- 2 balls voice ginger (pot 450 g), finely chopped
- 2 el soy sauce
- 6 sheets filo pastry (pack of 10 sheets, freezer), thawed
- 1 tray bean sprouts 125 g
- 1 tray coriander (15 g), leaves coarsely cut
- 50 g salted peanuts (bag 350 g), coarsely chopped
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 el Sesame seed container 100 g

Put the carrot and cabbages in a bowl. Grate the green skin of the lime and add with the curry powder, the ginger and soy sauce. Keep separate.

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Halve the sheets of filo pastry in the width and cover the muffin molds.

Add the bean sprouts, coriander and peanuts to the vegetables, scoop and spread over the dough. Pick up the points of the dough and pack together like a bag. Press. Repeat with the rest of the patties.

Brush the dough with the egg and sprinkle with the sesame seed. Bake for about 20 minutes in the oven. Delicious with an omelette and sweet chili sauce.
