Thai quornsaté
A nice thai recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: soy sauce, Thai red curry paste, Quorn, fresh basil (or coriander, finely chopped) and sweet chili sauce.

In a bowl stir in soy sauce and curry paste. Carefully brush the quarter pieces through and marinate for about 15 minutes. Satay sticks for 10 minutes in cold water. Stick pieces of quorn on sticks.

Satés on greasy griddle on each side for 2 to 3 min. Grilling. Place the satés on a plate and sprinkle with basil or coriander. Serving chilli sauce. Tasty with cassava crackers.
