Thai rice stir-fry with vegetables, marinated pork and satay sauce
Stir-fried dish of yellow rice, hamlaps with sweet soy sauce and honey with peanut sauce and wok vegetables.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain and leave with the lid on the pan until use.

Cut the ham pen into pieces of 2 cm and mix with the ketjapmarinadeen the honey.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat in brown for 3 minutes. Add the peanut sauce and heat for another 5 minutes on low heat.

In the meantime, stir the remaining oil in a stir-frying pan, the Thai wok vegetable and the rest of the soy sauce marinade5 min.

Add the rice and warm for 1 min.

Halve the cucumber in the length and cut into slanted half slices. Serve the rice stir fry with the satay and cucumber.
