Thai wok dish with lemongrass
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pandan rice, redfish fillet (a ca. 225 g), cucumbers, sunflower oil, green Thai curry paste (pot a 225 g), ground lemongrass (4 bags a 1/2 g), coconut milk and salted cashew nuts .

Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

Redfish in strips of 2 cm.

Peel the cucumbers, halve in length and remove seeds.

Cut the flesh into cubes.

Heat in wok oil.

Fish 3 min.

Baking, from wokkeppenpen and keep warm.

Stir in cucumber, curry paste and lemongrass for 3 minutes.

Boil coconut milk with vegetables and bring to the boil.
