'the day after' breakfast


Breakfast with garlic, mushrooms, egg, baked potato, cherry tomatoes, celery, avocado and sriracha.

Directions

  1. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Heat the butter in a large frying pan and fry the onion with the garlic.
  3. Add the bacon strips, the vegetables and the potato and fry until golden brown.
  4. Break the eggs over the pan and put the cherry tomatoes between them.
  5. Cut the herbs fine. Bake until the protein of the eggs has just solidified and sprinkle with the herbs.
  6. Serve with bread, lettuce, avocado, sriracha and possibly leftover horseradish sauce (this recipe can be found elsewhere on this website).
