Ingredients
Directions
-
Bring the oatmeal with the cranberries and 250 ml of water in a pan while stirring and boil the oatmeal gently in 3-5 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
-
Put the oatmeal in a bowl and add the egg and curd. Stir everything into a thick and smooth batter. Add a dash of water if the batter is too thick. Finally stir in the baking powder.
-
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and spoon with 3 tablespoons of batter in the pan. Bake the pancakes 3-4 minutes until bubbles appear on the top. Turn with a spatula and bake the bottom until golden brown. Bake 3 portions three-in-the-pan of the rest of the batter in the same way, first heating a small amount of oil. Serve the three-in-the-pan with a dot (vanilla) curd and fresh fruit.
