Tiger prawns on his spanish
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tiger prawns (frozen), olive oil, red pepper (in rings), garlic (in slices) and flat parsley (coarsely chopped).

Thaw the shrimp according to the instructions on the packaging and pat dry. Cut the round side of the shrimp with a sharp knife and remove the black wires with the tip of the knife.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and sprinkle a little salt in the oil. Add the shrimps and fry them for 2 minutes.

Add the pepper and the garlic and fry everything for about 2 minutes. Sprinkle the parsley over it and serve the shrimp in the pan. Tasty with a salad of tomatoes and hot baguette to dip the oil.
