Toast with pear and goat cheese
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: handpeer ((eg conference of doyenne du comice), peeled), butter, almonds ((dish 95 g), coarsely chopped), sugar, red wine vinegar, petit pain (4 pieces, bake bread ), olive oil, goat cheese (paste 120 g and Bettine natural 55).

Cut the pear into 4 parts, remove the core and cut the segments into small blocks.

Heat the butter in a pan and fry the almonds for 1 min.

Add the pear and cook for 2 minutes on a high heat.

Add the sugar and the vinegar and remove the pan from the heat.

Allow to cool and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the bread into 8 slanted slices.

Brush with the oil.

Roast the bread in a pan without oil or butter on a high heat 5 minutes, regularly.

Cut the goat's cheese into 8 pieces.

Put a piece of cheese on the toasts and divide the pear almond mixture.

Serve immediately..
