Tofus skewers with bean risotto


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onions, sugar, soy sauce (bottle 150 ml), tofu naturel ((375 g), diced), broken green beans (250 g), garden peas (extra fine (450 g, frozen)), oil and risotto rice (bag 500 g).

Directions

  1. Slice 1/2 onion very finely and mix this with the sugar and the soy sauce.
  2. Put the tofu through and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Bring 600 ml of water to the boil and boil the green beans for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the garden peas and cook together for another 3 minutes.
  5. Spoon the vegetables with a slotted spoon in a colander, keep the cooking liquid.
  6. Chop the rest of the onions and fry them in 3 tablespoons of oil for 2 minutes.
  7. Stir in the risotto rice, add the cooking water from the vegetables and stir.
  8. Allow the rice to absorb the moisture in a low heat in about 15 minutes.
  9. In the end, put the peas with green beans and the marinade through them.
  10. Thread the tofu cubes on satésticks.
  11. Heat the grill pan and brush the ribs with the rest of the oil.
  12. Grill the sticks with tofu around brown and warm.
  13. Serve them with the bean risotto..
