A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: traditional olive oil and garlic.

Directions

  1. Prepare the noodle according to the instructions on the packaging, drain and scoop with 1 tbsp oil. Cut the tofu into 4 thick slices and cut them lengthwise into 3 strips. Thread each bar on a satéstick.
  2. Press 1 clove of garlic and mix with 2 tbsp ketjap, 1 tbsp oil and a little salt and brush the tofu soak with it. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat the rest of the oil in a stirring stir fry in the stir fry mix according to the instructions on the package. Add the spice mix nasi herb, press the second garlic clove over the stirring stirring the rest of the soy sauce marinade.
  4. Add the noodle and mix everything well. Keep the noodle goreng warm on a small burner. Heat the satay sauce according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Heat a grill pan and place the tofu pies in it. Roast them on both sides for 2 min. Serve the tofusaté with the peanut sauce and the noodles goreng.
