A tasty Italian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, semi-sun dried tomatoes (on oil (a 320 ml)), anchovies (in olive oil (46 g), drained), olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, flat parsley and chili pepper from the mill.
Let the tomatoes and the anchovies drain. Collect the oil. Measure the amount of oil and add so much olive oil that there are a total of 6 cubits.
Using the pulse button, puree the tomatoes, anchovies and garlic in the food processor into a coarse puree. Add the measured oil, vinegar and parsley and puree the whole into a fine puree. Add chili to taste.
Allow the flavors to absorb for at least 1 hour. Delicious on a grilled piece of bread or with roasted or grilled meat or as a seasoning in gravy and other (Mediterranean) sauces.
