Tomato-chicken sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), peeled tomatoes (a 400 g), garden peas (450 g, frozen), chicken fillet (in thin strips) and dried Italian herbs.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large pan and fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the tomato and cook on low heat for 5 min. Add 200 ml of water and puree the sauce with the hand blender. Add the garden peas and cook on low heat for another 4 minutes.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken with the herbs for 2 minutes. Add to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. You can prepare this sauce 1 day in advance. Keep covered in the refrigerator.
