Tomato soup with chickpeas
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, smoked breakfast bacon (meat approx. 200 g), leeks (à 75 g), garlic, olive oil, Soup it! tomato (basic soup for 1 liter), chickpeas (400 g), fresh parsley (à 30 g) and multigrain bread.

Cut bacon into cubes.

Frying out bacon in dry frying pan with non-stick coating.

Clean the leek, cut into rings and wash.

Garlic peel and chop.
-
Heat oil in soup pan and fry leek and garlic for about 3 minutes.

Add soup base and bring to the boil.

Meanwhile, let chick peas drain.
-
Peas and bacon stir in soup and warm well.
-
Parsley finely chop.
-
Soup in four plates and sprinkle with parsley.

Serve with baguette..
