Tomato soup with chickpeas


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, smoked breakfast bacon (meat approx. 200 g), leeks (à 75 g), garlic, olive oil, Soup it! tomato (basic soup for 1 liter), chickpeas (400 g), fresh parsley (à 30 g) and multigrain bread.

Directions

  1. Cut bacon into cubes.
  2. Frying out bacon in dry frying pan with non-stick coating.
  3. Clean the leek, cut into rings and wash.
  4. Garlic peel and chop.
  5. Heat oil in soup pan and fry leek and garlic for about 3 minutes.
  6. Add soup base and bring to the boil.
  7. Meanwhile, let chick peas drain.
  8. Peas and bacon stir in soup and warm well.
  9. Parsley finely chop.
  10. Soup in four plates and sprinkle with parsley.
  11. Serve with baguette..
