Tomato soup with coalfish
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, pollock fillet ((frozen), thawed), oil, garlic (finely chopped), onion (chopped), dried chili pepper (finely chopped), tomato cubes (400 g), dry white wine, dried tarragon and fish stock (from tablet).

Cut the coalfish fillet into cubes.

Heat the oil and fry the garlic and onion 1 minute.

Add the chili pepper, tomato cubes, wine, tarragon and fish stock and bring it to the boil.

Lower the heat and add the cubes of fish fillet.

Let the soup cook for 10 minutes on low heat.

Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.
