Directions

  1. Halve the pistolets. Peel the garlic and press over the oil. Lubricate the cut surfaces of the pistolets with the garlic oil.
  2. Bring the water to a boil in a soup pot. Cross the tomatoes, hold them in a pan with boiling water and immerse them. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Add the tomatoes and the soup mix to the water and cook gently for 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill.
  4. Cut the basil. Grill the pistolets 1 min. Divide the soup over the plates, garnish with basil and serve with the garlic rolls.
