Tomato soup with garlic rolls
Vegetarian tomato soup with basil. Served with garlic rolls from the grill.
Halve the pistolets. Peel the garlic and press over the oil. Lubricate the cut surfaces of the pistolets with the garlic oil.
Bring the water to a boil in a soup pot. Cross the tomatoes, hold them in a pan with boiling water and immerse them. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Add the tomatoes and the soup mix to the water and cook gently for 5 minutes.
Preheat the grill.
Cut the basil. Grill the pistolets 1 min. Divide the soup over the plates, garnish with basil and serve with the garlic rolls.
