A nice thai recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, red peppers, fish sauce (bottle 250 ml), lime (squeezed), light caster sugar and garlic.

Cut the stalk of the peppers.

Halve the peppers lengthways and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife.

Cut into pieces and put into the container of the hand blender.

Add the fish sauce, lime juice, caster sugar and garlic.

Grind to a paste with the hand blender.

You can prepare the sambal 3 days in advance.

Keep covered in a container in the refrigerator..
