Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the package. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Scoop the minced meat through and fry.

Stir in the sifted tomatoes and herbs and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Divide the tortellini over plates, spoon the sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
