Tortellini with artichoke sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tortellini with cheese filling (a 250 g), artichoke hearts (a 285 g), onions, garlic, olive oil, sieved tomatoes (a 500 g), cream culinary (200 ml) and fresh parsley (30 g ).
Cook tortellini according to instructions.
Let artichoke hearts drain.
Peel and chop onions and garlic.
In wok or casserole onion and garlic, fry in oil for about 3 minutes.
Add artichoke hearts, tomatoes and cream to onion mixture and gently heat.
Parsley finely chop over pan and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the tortellini and sauce well.
Divide over four boards.
Tasty with lettuce and balsamic dressing..
