Tortelloni with nuts and roasted fennel
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: fennel, tortelloni con formaggio e nocci (pasta 250 g), balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salsa as 4 formaggi (sauce 200 g).

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Bring water to a boil in the pan.

Clean fennel and cut into thin segments.

Add tortelloni to water and boil in about 8 minutes.

Meanwhile spread fennel parts on baking sheet.

Sprinkle vinegar and oil over it.

Place fennel about 10 cm under the hot grill and roast in approx.

6 minutes.

Dismantle tortelloni.
-
Stir in the cheese sauce and heat for approx.

2 minutes.

Create tortelloni with sauce in two deep plates.

Distribute fennel with oil..
