Tortelloni with nuts and roasted fennel


A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: fennel, tortelloni con formaggio e nocci (pasta 250 g), balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salsa as 4 formaggi (sauce 200 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  2. Bring water to a boil in the pan.
  3. Clean fennel and cut into thin segments.
  4. Add tortelloni to water and boil in about 8 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile spread fennel parts on baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle vinegar and oil over it.
  7. Place fennel about 10 cm under the hot grill and roast in approx.
  8. 6 minutes.
  9. Dismantle tortelloni.
  10. Stir in the cheese sauce and heat for approx.
  11. 2 minutes.
  12. Create tortelloni with sauce in two deep plates.
  13. Distribute fennel with oil..
