Tortilla with peppers, olives and capers

A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: green pepper, red pepper, olive oil, pre-cooked potato slices, onions (in thin rings), eggs, paprika (spicy), garlic (pressed), black olives (without seeds), capers (drained) and flat parsley (finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Clean the peppers and cut them both into very small pieces. Heat the oil in a very large frying pan. Fry the potato slices, onion rings and sweet pepper cubes for 5 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, whisk together the eggs with paprika, garlic, 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste. Turn off the heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, place the lid on the pan and let the egg solidify in about 15 minutes and turn golden brown.
  3. Let the tortilla slide on the lid of the pan. Put the pan on the cake and turn them together. Bake the top brown.
  4. Chop the olives coarsely and mix them with the capers and the parsley. Let the tortilla slide on a dish and pour the olive mixture on it. Tasty with a green salad.
