Tosti spicy sandwich spread, mushrooms and cheese
Organic lunch recipe for a spicy toast with mushrooms, basil, paprika-chilli spread and mature cheese.

Cut the mushrooms into slices. Heat the butter in a frying pan with non-stick coating.

Fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly. Clean the pan.

Remove the basil leaves from the twigs.

Brush the slices of bread on one side with the spread. Divide the cheese, the basil and the mushrooms over it.

Divide the cheese over it and cover with the remaining slices of bread. Brush the sandwiches on the outside with the butter.

Heat 2 frying pans without oil or butter and bake the sandwiches in 6 min. Golden brown. Turn halfway.
