Tree trunk with tomato-bean salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, tree trunks (meat, pieces), potatoes (700 g), haricots verts (extra fine (340 g), drained), onion (finely chopped), tomatoes (in parts), arugula ( lettuce, 75 g) and balsamic vinegar (250 ml bottle).

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the trunks for 15-20 min. Until golden brown and done.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in another frying pan and fry the potatoes for 12-14 min. Until golden brown and done. Mix the haricots verts, the onion, the tomatoes and the rocket in a bowl. Add the vinegar and the rest of the oil. Season the salad with salt and pepper.

Divide the tree trunks over 4 plates and add the potatoes and salad.
