Trout with bacon in package
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, trout, garlic, salt and pepper, fresh rosemary, breakfast bacon (75 g), capers, olive oil and white wine.

Preheat the oven to 225 ºC or gas mark 5. Rinse the trolleys under cold running water and pat dry with kitchen paper. Garlic peel and finely chop. 4 Cover baking parchment in the middle with 1 tablespoon of oil. Sprinkle trout with salt and pepper and place in the middle of the baking paper. Put half of rosemary and half of garlic in the belly of the fish. Sprinkle the rest of the garlic over it, place bacon on it and place other sprigs of rosemary on it. Create capers. Spread 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of white wine over each fish. Fold paper over fish and close ends. Place trout on baking sheet.
