Trout with pork
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, trout, bacon cubes, half-to-half-minced, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, oil, dry sherry, spring onion (in pieces of 4 cm) and ginger root (peeled).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
