Tuna steak with creamy three-pepper sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tagliatelle, onion, broccoli, olive oil, tuna steaks (a 150 g), fresh cream cheese, colored peppercorns and ground.

Cook tagliatelle according to instructions.

Peel and chop onions.

Clean broccoli and divide into small florets.

Peel the stem and cut into pieces.

Heat 4 tbsp oil with onion for 2 min.

Add the broccoli and stalk and stir-fry 4 minutes.

Spread the tuna with the rest of oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

In a tasting pan or tuna steaks in roughly 3 minutes from brown on the outside and rosé grilling or baking on the inside.

Mix cream cheese with colored pepper to taste.

Heat cream cheese in saucepan.

Serve tuna fillets with broccoli, pasta and pepper sauce..
