Directions

  1. Light the barbecue. Make sure that a zone of medium is hot.
  2. Because pork chop often contains fat, when the barbecue is too hot, the fat that ends up on the charcoal can cause flames that can burn the meat.
  3. Mix in a bowl the curry madras with the Greek yogurt and possibly salt.
  4. Add the pork chops, make sure they are covered on all sides and leave to marinate in the marinade for about 30 minutes outside the refrigerator.
  5. Spoon the pork chops halfway.
  6. Grill the pork chops on the barbecue for about 10 minutes. Times regularly. Serve the pork chops with the mango chutney.
