Tuna steak with trout caviar
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, tuna steak (150 g), olive oil (with lemon flavor), lime juice, trout eggs (pot a 50 g) and parsley.

Heat the grill pan.

Brush the tuna steak thinly with oil and grill for 1 minute per side in the grill pan.

Put eight tablespoons ready.

Cut the steak into eight slices with a sharp knife and roll each slice.

Sprinkle each roll with lime juice and put a small amount of trout eggs on it.
