                            Tuna steak with trout caviar

                                Heat the grill pan.

                                Brush the tuna steak thinly with oil and grill for 1 minute per side in the grill pan.

                                Put eight tablespoons ready.

                                Cut the steak into eight slices with a sharp knife and roll each slice.

                                Sprinkle each roll with lime juice and put a small amount of trout eggs on it.
