Turkey in Indian sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, broccoli, mango, turkey breast (4 pieces approx. 400 g), butter or margarine, baby potatoes (700 g) and Stir-fry sauce coconut-pineapple (250 g).

Directions

  1. Clean broccoli, divide into florets and cut into stalks.
  2. Mango peel and cut flesh into pieces.
  3. Spread the filet of turkey with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat butter in frying pan and brown in about 8 minutes.
  5. Cook broccoli in approx.
  6. 8 minutes.
  7. Fry potatoes for 6 minutes in a microwave oven.
  8. Take turkey from the pan and keep it warm.
  9. Stir and heat sauce and mango through cooking fat.
  10. To serve turkey with sauce, potatoes and broccoli..
