Turkey with celery and herb gravy


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, potatoes (table (800 g)), celery, fresh chives (15 g), olive oil, spice mix (Provencal (8 g)), turkey breast à la minute (about 350 g) and meat gravy (light (20 g)).

Directions

  1. Bring potatoes to the boil in a large pan.
  2. Put low and cook for 10-12 min.
  3. Cast off.
  4. Meanwhile, clean the celery and cut it into little arches, keeping light green leaves.
  5. Celery in boiling water with a little salt in about 5 minutes.
  6. Cast off.
  7. Grind chives.
  8. Mix oil with herb mix and some salt.
  9. Pour in turkey fillets and cook in about 6 minutes in hot grill pan.
  10. In the meantime pour 300 ml of cold water into the pan, add the contents of the gravy bag while stirring and bring to the boil.
  11. Add celery and half chives.
  12. Season the cooked celery with salt and pepper.
  13. Mix boiled potatoes with the rest of the chives and divide them into 4 plates, add turkey, celery and gravy..
